Monitoring
Monitoring and checks: maximum compatibility between productivity and environmental impact.
Assuming responsibility for conservation of natural resources means reducing the impact per unit of resource used, while simultaneously improving productivity.
For this reason, consumption of energy and water resources are monitored in relation to the amount of waste treated.
Regular monitoring of different environmental matrices has been active on a continuous basis since 2004, later formalized in the Technical Annex to Regional Government Decree 005078 of 17/05/07.
Each year a technical report is drawn up, summarizing the results of monitoring conducted, shown in the table below:
| Matrix | Frequency | Monitoring points |
|---|---|---|
| Groundwater | Six-monthly | 2 wells |
| Wastewater | Six-monthly | Sewage shaft |
| Atmospheric emissions | Annual | 4 emissions for operating plants |
| Air quality | Six-monthly | 4 positions around the plant |
| Soil | Six-monthly | 4 terrains around the plant |
| Waste | in/out | Control analysis |
