2016/679, hereby informs you that the personal data you provide via your curriculum vitae and any
attachments will be processed in compliance with the following information.

2. Object of the processing of personal data
2.1. The following personal data will be processed: name, surname, date and place of birth, tax
code, address, telephone number, e-mail, educational degrees and final mark, previous work
experience, foreign languages known, number of family members.
2.2. If, in your curriculum vitae, you have indicated specific categories of data, especially
concerning religious convictions, political opinions, union membership, health, sexual orientation,
or racial and ethnic origin, this data will be deleted immediately in the absence of your explicit
consent to its processing.
3. purpose and legal basis for processing
3.1. The personal data you provide will be processed exclusively for the purpose of evaluating the
possible establishment of an employment contract.
3.2. The processing of the personal data referred to in point 2.1 is legitimized by the need to
implement pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
3.3. The processing of specific categories of personal data provided, referred to in point 2.2, is
legitimized by your explicit consent, if provided. Failing this, such data will be deleted.
4. Recipients of the personal data
4.1. The personal data in question will not be communicated or disseminated.
5. optional nature of the provision of personal data
5.1. The provision of personal data is entirely optional. The failure to provide it makes it impossible
to pursue the indicated purpose of searching for personnel.
6. Rights of the data subject
6.1. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 enables you to exercise specific rights, including the right to request
the following from the employer:
- confirmation that the processing of your personal data is underway and, in this case, to have
access (right to access);
- the correction of incorrect personal data or the supplementation of incomplete personal data
(right of rectification);
- the deletion of the data, if one of the reasons provided for by the Regulation exists (right to be
forgotten)
- the limitation of processing, when one of the hypotheses provided for by the Regulation occurs
(right to limitation);
- the receipt, in a structured format, commonly used, and legible by an electronic device, of the
personal data you have provided to the employer and the transmission of this data to another
data controller (right to portability).
7. How to exercise your rights
7.1. To exercise your rights, you can send a request to the e-mail address privacy@rmbspa.com.
8. Right of revocation of consent
8.1. With regard to the processing of data made on the basis of your consent, you are entitled to revoke the
consent granted at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing prior to the revocation.
The revocation of the consent must be communicated in writing at the e-mail address
privacy@rmbspa.com. A receipt of the revocation will be issued.
9. Right to lodge a claim with an authority
9.1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority pursuant to art.
77 Reg. if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the EU Regulation.
10. Data retention
10.1 The personal data which is the subject of this information note will be kept for the time strictly
necessary to complete the selection procedure and, in any case, no more than one year from the date the CV
is provided to the Data Controller.
