For the second year running, RMB took part in Convinium, the event organised by Ingegneria Italia at the Montichiari Exhibition Centre, designed to build a concrete bridge between the business world and students from STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) courses. Once again this year, RMB chose to be present with a stand and a team ready to welcome curious, proactive students eager to learn more about our company. We encountered interest and active participation from the students, who visited our stand with questions, ideas and a desire to get involved. In person, with the help of videos and presentations,

we told them who we are, what we do every day to make industry more sustainable, technological and circular, and what challenges we face with passion, expertise and a spirit of innovation. We also illustrated the open positions and career opportunities within the company. RMB believes deeply in young people and their potential. For this reason, in addition to participating in initiatives such as Convinium, we are actively involved in training the younger generation, with ITS courses and professional training courses dedicated to those who wish to develop innovative technical skills and get closer to the world of work.
