In accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, RMB S.p.A. has activated a dedicated platform for reporting unlawful conduct, regulatory violations or irregularities that could cause damage to the company, its employees or third parties.
RMB has obtained UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality. To reinforce our commitment, you can report any behaviour or situations that conflict with the principles of fairness, inclusion and respect for equal opportunities.
RMB has obtained SA (Social Accountability) 8000 certification, an international standard that certifies the company’s commitment to sustainable development with a particular focus on social issues. Reports can be submitted regarding working conditions, workers’ rights, health and safety, or situations involving suppliers or subcontractors that do not comply with the requirements.
