RMB aims to reduce the extraction of new raw materials by recovering all valuable fractions, especially metals, through certified processes and facilities operating under an Integrated Environmental Authorisation (IEA). As a multi-purpose platform for the recovery of special waste, we aim to limit landfill disposal and promote the transition towards a circular economy.

Growth and skills: the value of training at RMB
RMB sees knowledge as the key to building the future. This is why it constantly invests in technical and vocational training, developing pathways designed to strengthen skills and generate concrete opportunities in the area of waste recovery and the circular economy.
Through collaboration with local educational organisations and institutions, RMB develops professional growth programs dedicated to both young people and collaborators.
Regional courses for Higher Technical Institutes: getting one foot in the door at RMB
RMB hosts two-year ITS (Higher Technical Institute) courses at its premises — paid, highly specialised programmes that award a diploma recognised at the European level. The courses combine theory and practice, training qualified technicians in the field of environmental sustainability, with a focus on metal recycling and industry regulations. These courses offer a concrete opportunity to join RMB with specific expertise.
Vocational apprenticeship: field training
Our vocational apprenticeship is designed to train young technicians so that they can handle the dynamics of the circular economy on the field. The programme combines operational activities and structured training, in line with corporate needs and the principles of environmental responsibility.
Continuing business education: internal growth and innovation
RMB offers its internal staff customised and refresher training courses aimed at continuously developing their professional skills. The training team designs tailored programmes to develop each person’s soft and specialist skills.
