ECOMONDO 2021 – ANPAR conference

‘Recycled and artificial aggregates and the REACH and CLP regulations’ is the topic addressed today in the seminar organised by ANPAR at 10:00 a.m. at ECOMONDO in Rimini.
During the seminar, the requirements for operators in the sector will be discussed with the aim of verifying the new EoW criteria to be applied with the public authorities.

The event, presented by ANPAR Technical Director Giorgio Bressi, will feature the following contributions:
– Valeria Frittelloni (ISPRA) with a presentation entitled: ‘SNPA Guidelines No. 23/2020 and End of Waste criteria for inert waste’;
– Antonio Amato (ANPAR Councillor) on

the topic of “Requirements for producers of recycled and/or artificial aggregates”;
– Rosa Draisci and Dr Leonello Attias (CNSC) on the topic: ‘REACH and CLP Regulations: hazardous substances in end-of-waste inert waste’;
– Lorenzo Maggi (Labanalysis) on the topic ‘Types of ecotoxicological tests and results achieved on the recovery of IBAs’;
– Giancarlo Marchetti and Paola Ranzuglia (ARPAM) with ‘The characteristics of recycled aggregates produced in the 2016 earthquake crater’;
– Francesco Fiorini (RMB) concludes the proceedings with ‘An exemplary authorisation: the case of RMB in Polpenazze (BS)’.
