New Code of Ethics for RMB S.p.A.

RMB S.p.A., convinced that ethics in business conduct should be pursued on a par with corporate success, has adopted its own CODE OF ETHICS, an integral part of the Company’s Organisation, Management and Control Model, designed to comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and subsequent amendments and additions.
