Sustainability Report 2023

The 2023 Sustainability Report has been published on our website. Now in its third edition, the document is an important testament to RMB’s commitment to sustainability and corporate development.

2023 was a year marked by multiple challenges, including uncertainties arising from the geopolitical crisis and the global energy transition. Despite this, RMB continued to pursue its strategic objectives with determination, investing in waste treatment and the circular economy. Our journey has led us to expand geographically, acquiring new companies in Italy, and to implement projects to revamp and expand our production facilities.

Through a rigorous materiality analysis process, we have identified ESG (environmental, social and governance) priorities, setting clear and concrete short- and long-term goals. These goals are an integral part of our mission to promote a business model based on the circular economy and sustainability, thus ensuring balanced growth that respects the environment and society.

RMB places human capital at the heart of its strategy. Investments are not only made in infrastructure, but above all in people and their training, as this is considered a key factor for success.
