Rmb Spa promotes an open corporate culture based on ethics, transparency and responsibility, inspired by the values that guide us.

For this reason, a new internal channel has been made available for reporting to the Supervisory Body information relating to staff and/or third parties concerning violations of laws, regulations, the code

of ethics and conduct, and the 231 organisational model.
This channel is not available for commercial complaints or disputes and requests related to personal interests.
Thanks to the active and responsible participation of employees and third parties in reporting any non-compliant behaviour, the company is able to identify any irregularities and take the necessary corrective measures in a timely manner, preventing any economic or reputational damage.
